He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Julio Cesar Felix and Celeste Alvarado of Felix; his wife Miladys Altagracia Felix; his children, Miladys Felix of Virginia, Karina Counselo Felix and Virgilio Jose Felix; his children-in-law, Vasilios Miliopulos, Denise Felix and Robert Pinghero; and his grandchildren, Nikolas, Alexandra, Rachel, Matthew, Samantha and Gabriella. He was also cherished by "Daddy", "Papas".
