“I am so sad to hear of Luis's passing. We used to jam together when we were teenagers and we all looked up to him. He was a legendary talent on his Alembic bass. I've always held a fond place in my heart for Luis, who we called "Chico" back in the day. I've tried looking him up over the years many times to re-connect but could not find him.
