He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Schneider and Mary Schneider (Levine); and his brother Stanley. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Romanoff Schneider; his children, Danielle and Matt Schneider (Jean Devine) of Brooklyn; and his granddaughters, Hattie and Louise.
