He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughter Alexandra Louise of Norwalk; his brothers, John of Houston and Michael (Kim) of Honesdale; his cousin Mary Kay (Matthew Patrick) of Los Angeles; and his sister-in-law Janice (Jim Meyers) of Louisville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
