In the sacred silence of farewell, William is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that William's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Donna; his parents, Jack Solder and Marsha Solder; his father-in-law John K. Henry; and his aunt Michelle Marckini (Jay).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (92 East Ave, Norwalk, CT 06851). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Macedonia Church (39 West Ave, Norwalk, CT 06854).
