He was predeceased by: his daughter Claire Allard. He is survived by: his wife Paula Rebman; his children, Renée Beaulieu and Mark Bolieau; and his stepchildren, Linda Widstrom, Diana Lookabaugh, Karl Rebman, Russell Rebman and Anita Hendrix.
