He is survived by: his wife Beverly Muldoon (Casey); his children, Maribeth Muldoon of Windsor, CT, Anne Muldoon (Andy Proehl) of San Francisco, CA and Bernard T. Muldoon III of Haddam, CT; his stepsons, Robert Casey of Plainfield, VT and John Casey III (Angela Berrios) of Lake Worth, FL; his daughter-in-law Lisa Casey of Norwich, CT; and his grandchildren, Sara Muldoon of Brazil and Kevin Muldoon of Salem, CT..
