Constance Ann Riggs Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Constance Ann Riggs of Norwich, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Constance Ann shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Constance Ann farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Constance Lariviere and Wilfred Lariviere. She is survived by: her husband Charles Riggs of Norwich; her children, Jason Riggs and Drew Riggs; and her grandson Benjamin Riggs.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to St. Judes as it was a cause close to Connie's heart.
