We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024, at the age of 71, David Blackburn of Norwich, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W Blackburn Sr. and Marie E. Blackburn (Bradlaw). He is survived by: his wife Jean Carol (Leclair); his sons, Shawn Blackburn (Patricia), Matthew Blackburn (Angelica) and Eric Blackburn (Samantha); his siblings, John Blackburn, Richard Blackburn, Carl Blackburn Jr. (Phyllis), Jay Blackburn, Rose Fratoni (Joseph) and Faith Coleman (Mark); his brother-in-law Frank Dion; and his grandchildren, David, Hunter and Chase Blackburn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in David's memory may be made to a charity of the Alzheimers Association of Connecticut (http://act.alz.org).
