He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan F. Levin and Evelyn M. Levin; and his siblings, Barbara Levin and Andrew Levin. He is survived by: his wife Cathy A. Levin; his children, Tiffany (William), Brent, Megan (Mike), Andrea and Jennifer (Josh); and his grandchildren, David, Sofia and Levi.
