Delilah DeLaPaz Obituary
Delilah (Dee) DeLaPaz of Norwich, CT passed at home with family on 9/29/2022 at the age of 65 after a 15 month fight with cancer. She is survived by her children Pedro (Heather) Gonzalez of Jacksonville FL, Glenn Perez of Milford CT, Delilah Perez of Norwich CT, granddaughter Deanna Gonzalez of Jacksonville FL, as well as her partner Joseph Bushee of Norwich CT.
Delilah grew up in Bronx, NY. She graduated from Pace University in NYC while working at the World Trade Center. After graduating and moving to Florida and Indiana, Delilah moved to southeastern CT and worked for more than 20 years as a SAS programmer on drug trial studies conducted by Pfizer. Delilah was characterized by her resilience and wit; she always had the strength to support her family and the ability to keep those close with her laughing. In her free time, you could often find her at the beach or outside enjoying the beautiful nature in the area. She will be greatly missed
As per Delilah’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
