She is survived by: her sister-in-law Tara; her sons, Michael Smith (Yvonne) and Nicholas Gurell (Adrienne); her grandchildren, Bailey, James, Ashley, Dustin, Jordan, Taylor and Nathan; her siblings, Kathy Banta, Gary Mitchell (Tara), John and Alan Mitchell; and her pet Honey. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
