She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kudron and Irene Kudron; her husband Robert Nelson; her siblings, Roland, Michael, William, Warren, Lawrence, Richard and Sandra; and her sons, Leonard Nelson and Mark Nelson.
She is survived by: her sister Nancy Charron (Kudron); and her children, Robert Nelson (Bridget) of Chaplin, Yolanda Parmeter (Michael) of Columbia, Cheryl Kauffman of Manchester, Donna Mumm of Colchester and Lisa LeBlanc (Peter) of Montville. She is also survived by her 20 Grandchildren, 35 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
She loved crocheting blankets for her grandchildren and for others as well as made them to donate to those in need.
