It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy E. (Phibbs) Leach (Norwich, Connecticut), born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on July 30, 1999, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was the wife of George Leach, who died July, 12 1976. Survivors include two daughters, Joanne Fiondella of Colchester and Irene Sarahina of Middletown; one brother, William Phibbs of South Meriden; one sister Elinor Chamberlain of Colchester, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, Carl Phibbs.
Also surviving is one granddaughter Jamie Fiondella and one grandson Michael Fiondella; and a great-grandson Jason.
