She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Caulfield and Mary Caulfield (Coleman) of Norwich; her husband Donald E. O'Connell, Sr.; her son Donald E. O'Connell, Jr.; and her siblings, Bernard, James, John, Ann, Marion and Theresa. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
