She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Fedele and Angela Fedele; and her husband Vincent Pillari. She is survived by: her sons, Vincent R Pillari (Diane) of Worcester, MA and Anthony Pillari of San Diego, CA; and her grandchildren, Vinnie (Suzanne), Dorian and Nicholas. She is also survived by 2 greatgrandchildren, brother and 2 sisters in Italy and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fay's name to Sacred Heart Church, a place she so loved.
