We are sad to announce that, on May 30, 2022, at the age of 96, Evelyn A Chmielecki of Norwich, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ludwig Fasolino. She is survived by: her children, Wayne, Warren Chmielecki and Wendy Chmielecki; and her siblings, Ludwig Fasolino Jr. and Beatrice Colonni. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Evelyn's honor to Sacred Heart Church, 57 W. Town St., Norwich, CT.
