It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florence B. Nowakowski (Norwich, Connecticut), who passed away on August 9, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecile Marceau (Provencher) and Frank Marceau; her husband Benjamin Nowakowski of Preston; her daughter Ann Rizzuto; her stepson Bennie Nowakowski; and her siblings, Lawrence, Anthony Marceau, Kathleen Marceau, Theresa Latham and Diana Torrey.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Nowakowski (Samantha), April Piela (John), Maria Landry (Ricky) and Carolyn Nowakowski; her stepchildren, Ronald Nowakowski, George Nowakowski, Suzanne Lanoue and Priscilla Lee; and her sisters, Arlene Williamson, Emily Downing, Shirley Morell, Dorothy MacGregor and Crystal Granata.
