She was predeceased by: her parents, Percopio Mendes and Gironima Mendes. She is survived by: her children, Antonia Ribelo, Manuel Andrade, John Andrews, Maria Barros and Deolinda Canuto. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church and Allen Funeral Home (136 Sachem St, Norwich, CT 06360). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Cathedral of St. Patrick (213 Broadway, Norwich, CT 06360).
