Palmer (Norwich, Connecticut), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on April 29, 2023, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Theodore; and her parents, Stephen Budesa and Lucille Dickson Budesa. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle Paterno, Amy Palmer and Tina Brown; her sons-in-law, Anthony Paterno, Karl Brousides and Robert Brown; her grandchildren, Tyler Palmer, Jessica Paterno, Madden Brown and Kendal Brown; and her siblings, Joyce (Selmer), Richard Budesa, Stephen Budesa, Jeannie (Whitman), Barbara Budesa and Peter Budesa. She is also survived by daughters and extended family.
