He was predeceased by: his father John F. Gromko; and his brother Anthony G. Gromko of Norwich. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Gromko (Tombari) of Norwich, CT.; his siblings, James P. Gromko of Taftville and Theresa A. Gromko of Tennessee; and his sister-in-law Nina Gromko Brown (James M. Brown) of Norwich. He is also survived by several nieces, great-nieces and a great-nephew.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (70 W Main St, Northborough, MA 01532). A burial will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Saint Joseph's Cemetery - Norwich (815 Boswell Ave, Norwich, CT 06360).
