He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Timothy and Frances O'Neill (Kennedy); his wife Donna Lambert O'Neill; his children, Sean and Katie; his brother Jim; his son Devin O'Neill of Norwich, CT; his sisters, Mary Pond of Framingham, MA and Jean English of Old Lyme, CT.; and his nieces and nephews, Claire English Giametti, Ashley Chambers Rodgers, Patrick English, Michael English, Adam Lambert, Drew Chambers, Erik Nelson and Connor Nelson.
