He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Sr. and Mary V. Szostak. He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Sharon Bourque (Richard) and Christopher Szostak (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Carson Bowe, Austin Bowe, Alicia Szostak and Jordan Szostak.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
