With sadness, we share the passing of Jonathan Charles Gilman (Norwich, Connecticut). Jonathan, born on July 30, 1953, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Jane "MJ" Gilman and Charles "Bud" Gilman. He is survived by: his former wife Beverly; his sons, Nathan Gilman (Alisha) and Nicholas Gilman; his grandson Bennett; and his siblings, Kate Gilman, Amy Kazakidis (Manos), Meg Gilman, Evan Gilman, Cyrus Gilman (Kristine), Charles Gilman Jr. and Sara Gilman Mallari (Jay). He is also survived by 13 nieces and nephews, 3 great nieces, and one great nephew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Church & Allen (136 Sachem St, Norwich, CT 06360). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church & Allen Funeral Service (136 Sachem St, Norwich, CT 06360).
