He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Leonard Cook and Ruth Cook (Linton); his siblings, Jim Cook (Sarah), Bonnie Cook, Cathy Parker (Stanley) and Linda E. Cook; his aunts, Bertha, Dora and Ellie; and his friend Gary Hoisington. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
