She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Shalkowski and Madeline Shalkowski (Ahearn); and her husband Stanley Czajkowski. She is survived by: her siblings, Janet Orsi of Waterford, Thomas Shalkowski of Florida and James Shalkowski of Norwich; and her nephews, Jason and Jeffrey Shalkowski of Florida.
