He was predeceased by: his parents, Florentino Ebba and Christine Carlos (Miner); his stepfather Ben; and his son Justin Carlos. He is survived by: his wife Julie Carlos (Williams); and his children, Michael, Matthew, Colette, Maura, Therese and Shannon.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cummings - Gagne Funeral Home (82 Cliff St, Norwich, CT 06360). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (260 Harland Rd, Norwich, CT 06360).
