Burr (Norwich, Connecticut), born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, George J. Walsh and Maria F. (Capppola); and her brother Phillip Ruocco. She is survived by : her daughter Nancy Lynn Burr of Norwich; her sister-in-law Norma G. Burr of Higganum, CT; and her pet Cleo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Burial services will be private, in lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to the Alzheimer's Association.
