We are sad to announce that, on June 1, 2022, at the age of 76, Maureen E. Leniart (Norwich, Connecticut) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Tracey and Helen Tracey Sr. (Konikowski); her siblings, Barbara Williams and John T. Tracey Jr.; and her father-in-law George Leniart.
She is survived by: her husband Donald G. Leniart; her daughters, Tracy DeAngelis (Edward) of Danvers, MA and Lori Newton (Robert) of Norwich; her grandchildren, Holly DeAngelis, Abigail DeAngelis, Charlotte Newton and Harrison Newton; her stepgrandchildren, Rebecca, Lauren and David; her siblings, William (Patricia Tracey) and Dorothy Tracey of Plainfield; her sister-in-law Georgia Tracey of Norwich; her mother-in-law Phyllis Leniart of Uncasville; her sister-in-law Carol (Michael Batura); and her nieces and nephews, Daniel, Tina, Natalie, Richard, Tonya, Lynn, Pam, John, Scott, Tommy, Kim, Billy, Steven, Kelly, Mathew, Michael and Michelle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to either the American Diabetes Association, the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
