He was predeceased by: his mother Laurie Fitch; and his grandfather Frank Fitch. He is survived by: his father Michael E. Brand, Jr. of Norwich; his wife Melissa Quercia; his sons, Michael and Mason Brand; his stepfather William Burns of Norwich; his siblings, Christopher, Zackary Brand, Courtney Burns of Griswold and Aleaha Brand of Norwich; his aunts, Beth O'Brien of Preston and Shelley Brand Moore of Lisbon; and his grandparents, Michael, Pamela Brand of Norwich, Trudy Martin of Griswold and Mae Burns of Jewett City. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephew.
