With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Minnie E. Debarros (Norwich, Connecticut), who passed away on May 15, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Brainard (Freeman) and William Brainard Sr.; her children, Joann, Kenneth and Edward Ruley of Oregon; and her siblings, William Brainard (Sugie), Harold Brainard, Edgar Brainard, John Brainard (Jay) and Martha Story (Brainard).
She is survived by: her children, John Ruley, Jr., Kathy Gilliard (Michael) and Terri DeBarros Booth (Dana); and her siblings, Emma Camby, Maryann Euell of Norwich, Drucilla Williams (Bobbie) of Bloomfield, Roxanne Baker of North Carolina and Arthur Brainard (Guy) of Norwich. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
