Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nicholas Topalis of Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away at the age of 95, on January 30, 2026. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zaffirios Topalis and Marianthy Topalis (Kokinis); and his siblings, Penelope Andriote, Peter Topalis, Viola Trantalis, John Topalis, Irene McMahon and Gregory Topalis.

He is survived by: his wife Pauline Topalis (Forbotko); his children, David Topalis (Karen) of Simsbury and Elaine Topalis of Mystic; his grandchildren, Nicole Serra (Joshua), Andrea Fenton (Daniel), Jennifer Lafayette (Ryan Bottorff), Michael Topalis (Megan Ohtani) and Dr. Kathryn Topalis (Devin Bageac); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Nolan, Connor and Eliza.
