She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter W. Sr. Juzwic and Mary Sullivan Juzwic of Providence Street; her aunt Viola Sullivan; and her sister Arlene Depolito (Thomas). She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Hinchey (Matthew); her granddaughter Sara Valade (Eric); her son David (Sally); her grandchildren, Ashley and Abigail St (Christopher); her great grandchild Adalynne; her grandchild Mallory; her son Kevin (Tammy); her grandchild Sydney; her son Scott (Mayra); her grandson Andrew; her nephew Michael; her brother Walter W. Juzwic Jr. (Mary Lou); and her nieces and nephews, Tracey and William. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
