He was predeceased by: his parents, Parthenia B. Clay and George E. Turner of Charles Town; and his siblings, George E. Jr., Charles Lee, William Taft (Bill), Mary Estelle Hart and Sainty Willis (Francis Leroy).
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Turner of Griswold, CT; his children, Paul Turner, Jr. (Wannetta) of Douglasville, Roselyn Harris and Terri Nozil (Ernest) of Griswold, CT; his grandchildren, Laura George (Earl), Albert Turner, Lynaé Harrison (Brenton), Kelley Nozil, Matthew Harris and Sarah Harris; and his great grandchildren, Laila George, Aden George and Brenton Harrison, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
