He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Constance Gilbert and Arturo Francisco; his wife Elena; his daughter Maria (Michael Gordon); his grandchildren, Qujan, Natalie and Tejore Powell; his daughter Katherine (Christopher); his grandson Roland Dalton; his sisters, Carmelita Byrd (Doug), Elizabeth Tiongson (Virgilio), Helen (Thien Le) and Mary Grant; his siblings' children, Augustus, Alvin Francisco, Angeline Fernandez, Arlene Rouco, Patrick, Richard, Jennifer Byrd, Mary Anne Holland, Raey-Anne Howard, Luna Köpping, Marie Terese Carleo, Robert Tiongson, Michael, Jonathan, Anne Marie Le, Kara Henriquez and Thomas Grant; and his brothers, Arturo, Antonio and Raymond Francisco. He was also cherished by 26 great-nieces and nephews.
