With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Raymond Richard Lucas of Norwich, Connecticut, who passed away on April 22, 2022 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Lucas and Edna Lucas. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Whitman); and his sons, Fred Holt (Maren) of San Diego, CA and Robert Lucas (Kelly) of Preston, CT. He is also survived by 4 step children from Rhode Island, 4 grandchildren from California and 18 step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to The Wounded Warrior Project or The American Diabetes Association in Ray's honor.
