He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Sylvia Silva and Antone Santos Silva; and his siblings, Manuel Silva Sr., Florence M. Silva and Arlene Randall (Vernon).
He is survived by: his sister Anna Parrish of Norwich. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
