Rita P. Shea Obituary

Rita P. Shea passed away peacefully at home May 11, 2022 surrounded by her family. She was born in Norwich January 29, 1930 the daughter of John B. and Rose (Martin) Desrosiers. On September 6, 1948 Rita was united in marriage to Jeremiah A. Shea, who survives her. Besides her husband she is survived by her son Jeremiah E. Shea (Naomi), two daughters Catherine Pizzi (John) and Bernadette Ouimet (Paul), 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Rita was predeceased by 7 brothers and one sister. Also the family wants to thank Hartford Healthcare Hospice for their care & compassion. Funeral and burial will take place at a later date.
