She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Moore and Nannie Moore (Robinson); and her brothers, Raymond Moore and Alton Moore. She is survived by: her husband Edward T. Swaenepoel; and her children, Jeanie Wentworth (Brent) of Hampton, Virginia, David L. Roberts (Nancy) of Lisbon, James Roberts (Margaret) of Lisbon and Thomas Roberts (Maria) of Norwich. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the State Veterans Cemetery (317 Bow Ln, Middletown, CT 06457).
