He was predeceased by: his parents, Thaddeus Kolasa and Matilda Kolasa (Borsa); and his brother Peter Kolasa. He is survived by: his wife Frances Kolasa (Wujcik); and his children, Walter, Anthony, John and Betty. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
