He was predeceased by: his father Laurence McGory; his daughter Stephanie "Stevie" Vitouladitis; his brother Lawrence; and his friend Anthony Jon Ames. He is survived by: his brothers, Ronald of New London and Kenneth of Norwich; his niece Megan McGory-Gleason (Brent); and his great-nephew Roger Gleason.
