He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Fowler (Lamphere) and Clarence Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Johanna T. Fowler (Minta); his children, Wayne Fowler, Juanita Hart, Donna Mitchell and Ryan Fowler; and his brother Phillip Fowler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
