We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to William Hoffner of Norwich, Connecticut, born in Groton, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact William had on those he encountered along his journey. Though William may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoffner Sr. and Patricia Perkins. He is survived by: his children, Brian Hoffner (Renee) and Julia Hoffner; his sisters, Barbara Hoffner and Cheryl Hoffner; his brother-in-law Tom Suchocki; and his sisters, Val Brehler (Mike) and Tricia Grant. He is also survived by one grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, August 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norwich VFW.
