She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Falconi of Rome and Grace Marie Falconi (Farina) of Caserta, Italy.; her granddaughter Alexis Cohen; and her siblings, Virginia Weigel, Robert Falconi, Marilyn Kovach and Kenneth Falconi.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Stern (Lee) of Niantic, Robert C. Smith II (Jennifer) of East Lyme, Stephanie Smith (Bill Timmerman) of New York and Diane Simoneau (Peter) of Ledyard; her brother Leroy Falconi (Mariese) of Quaker Hill; and her grandchildren, Ryan Levine, Evan Levine, Matthew Stern, Ashley Morgan, Brianna Smith, Christopher Morgan and Aaron Smith. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
