He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Winkler and Betty Winkler; and his sister Darlene Winkler Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Kitty; his children, Tristan and Caitee; and his siblings, Michael (Phyllis), Kathy (Mike), David (Pat), Paul (Mary Jane) and Christy (Jana). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Byles-Groton Memorial (310 Thames St, Groton, CT 06340). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church (752 Norwich-Salem Turnpike, Oakdale, CT 06370).
