He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Walsh (Driscoll); his daughter Kathleen Walsh; and his son-in-law Charles L. Hillman. He is survived by: his children, James Walsh (Jane) of Narragansett, RI and Mary Hillman of Oakdale; his son-in-law Richard Latham of Norwich, England.; his siblings, Peter Walsh of Winchester, MA, Mark Walsh of Acton, MA and Ann Marie Platt of Reading, MA.; and his grandchildren, Seamus Walsh, Jack Walsh, Cate Walsh, Emma Hillman, Maya Hillman, Dylan Latham and Robyn Latham. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Church & Allen Funeral Service (136 Sachem St, Norwich, CT 06360). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church (752 Norwich-Salem Turnpike, Oakdale, CT 06370).
