She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Annis and Mary Annis; her former life partner Maurice R. Moreau, Sr.; and her husband David Ball of Canada. She is survived by : her children, Maurice R. Moreau (Ruth) of Oakdale, Barbara A. Majcher (Richard) of Norwich and Roger J. Moreau (Patricia) of South Carolina. She is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
