With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sophie B. Douglas (Oakdale, Connecticut), who passed away on May 24, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband John T. Douglas; her parents, Florian Biederka and Mary Biederka (Donat); her son Mathew Douglas; and her siblings, Victoria Kubicki, Helen Ploszaj, Jean Bernier, Bertha Kozlowski, Agnes Langella and John Beiderka.
She is survived by: her sons, Miles and James Douglas Nancy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
