He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer E. Bouffard and Evelyn Adams (Forsman); and his sister Virginia Marino. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Bouffard (Montello); his daughters, Jill Ann Zaksheske (Daniel) of Cheshire and Audra Bouffard Van Egghen (Robert) of Seymour; his grandson Alexander Van Egghen; and his sisters, Bonita Leffler of Bethlehem and Noelle Kaczmarczk of Tarpon Springs, Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
