It is with sadness that the passing of Michele Lynn Grammatico of Old Lyme, Connecticut is shared. Michele, born on May 11, 1967, passed away on October 9, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Michele will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Michael A. Grammatico; her son Matthew N. Grammatico; her parents, Michael Ferrucci and Joan Ivone Ferrucci; and her sister Jennifer Pelletier (Charles).
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the St. Pier Giorgio Frassati Parish at St. Barnabas Church (44 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cancer Research at Yale New Haven Smilow Cancer Hospital.
